Here my goal was to deliver an image of the wretched canine devil as would be seen in a child’s dream after hearing a story read to him from an old musty storybook.

Since the time of Myth this creature has terrified the minds of storytellers from the young and the old. My Triclops takes the myth further in in creating a bastardized mutant of the form. In my journey of interpreting images into classic cartoons from the golden age, my image of Triclops takes the form of a lost title card from a 1930’s cartoon.
